Charmeleon

The body of Charmeleon is the same as the body of the Ivysaur pattern, you can find the pattern here fav.me/d7v045e.
I am really happy with how the body came out, however, the head... I'm not so sure of.

Details

For the face, the spots and the nails you need felt. First make a the shape with a little bit of felt, when you have the right shape, fill it.

For the eyes begin with the white layer and just layer the red, black and white light spot on top. 

With the nails felt a lot on a tiny spot, this will make it come out.
